Founded more than 20 years ago, today TREKOL manufactures unique all-terrain vehicles which are meant to be operated in extra-heavy conditions such as all-wheel drive off-road vehicles that have already been highly appreciated in the high north conditions as well as on sand and swamped grounds.
Design of TREKOL vehicles, and TREKOL tires along with the wheel itself are protected by seventeen patents (including patents of Canada and United States of America) and have no parallel neither in Russia nor abroad.
TREKOL company has developed the main principle of manufacturing of all-terrain vehicles with extra-low pressure tires which is: the ratio between the cumulative volume of tires and the vehicle weight. This principle forms the basis for all all-terrain vehicles equipped with extra-low pressure tires manufactured in Russia today (Arctictrans, Predator, Project, Amphibia, Bronto, VISA, Petrovich).
All those designs feature the principle developed by the research and production company TREKOL.
In 2007, TREKOL developed and implemented a new vehicle assembly technology which allowed increasing production volumes without losing the in-line assembling process quality.

A wide range of vehicles is manufactured today under the name of “off-road vehicles”, but the significant part of them fall into this category mostly on a conventional basis. TREKOL manufactures real offroaders: ATVs that are specially designed for operation in extra heavy conditions. There is no such barrier that a TREKOL ATV could not overcome. They may be operated at the range of temperature from -45 to +45°Ñ by not only providing a high level of flotation and safety but also a high level of comfort.

However, those are not all of the functions of TREKOL ATVs. They can drive through drifting sands and swamps, and not only drive but carry a lot of weight. Even water surface will not be a significant barrier for such vehicle.

The main secret of high driving abilities of TREKOL vehicles in off-road conditions is unique tires for all-terrain vehicles designed by the employees of the company.
The unique feature of those tubeless tires is their low stiffness rate, high elasticity of their rubber-cord casing, low inner pressure and a specific ration between the weight of the tire to its volume, which makes an effect of low pressure of the tire to the soil (0.1-0.4 kg/sm2) evenly applied on the whole flat spot. Contrary to a regular tire that damages the ground surface, TREKOL tire undergoes deformation itself by adapting to the ground surface and bypassing the terrain. All of that ensures a good adhesion of wheels which is one of the components of high driving characteristics in off-road conditions. When a TREKOL vehicle drives on grounds with low-bearing surface, extra-low pressure tires leave an insignificant rut which facilitates movement and helps to save fuel. In addition, tires for vehicles with such design do not harm ground vegetation. As for the quality of tires, they take the leading position on the market today. The quality of tires is controlled by the manufacturer. This has been confirmed by many tests, conformance certificates, and, which is the most important, by the customers’ positive feedbacks. The problem of availability of agricultural lands in many regions of Russia has been resolved only by means of agricultural equipment until recently.
